Jan Vondráček
Jan joined TCG in 2007 and is responsible for business development activities. Jan joined TCG with extensive experience in the financial industry and others involving services.
Jan has a solid understanding of the banking business, beginning his career by working in cash management and later participating in an e-commerce project for Citibank. Jan joined Xerox later in his career and specialized in running outsourcing projects, provided to service industry-oriented clients while enhancing efficiency in the operations area. He identified ways to deploy the right technology, people and processes towards customers; directly resulting in operational cost savings and providing new competitive advantages.
Prior to joining TCG, Jan finished his MBA studies in Finance and Marketing at DePaul University and managed the project management office of a Czech banking software company. Even while running various projects and managing the multi-program portfolio of the project office, Jan implemented new project management processes, improved transparency and sustained the rapid growth of the company’s project volume.
Within TCG Consulting services Jan specializes in project and delivery management and strategic and business consulting services, with strengths in analyzing, formulating and tackling the customers’ issues; identifying impacts on businesses and delivering a professional solution.
Although relatively new to TCG, Jan has helped successfully implement a document management structure at a Dutch financial institution applying for a banking license. Part of his efforts contributed to the institution’s attainment of the banking license during the first quarter of 2008.
Jan is fluent in Czech and English and has a basic working knowledge of Russian.
