TCG’s System Selection and Implementation services have several phases that are applied to each client to ensure the process of choosing and implementing a new software system is easy and well-organized:
Requirements Phase
Our staff will work with you and your IT personnel to fully document your company’s requirements and present them in a manner that is easy for the vendors to respond to. Systems will only function well if they meet the needs of the end user. We take the time to define them based upon how you want to run your business.
After that we convert your 'operational' needs into requirements that the selected technology systems must meet, using criteria such as:

- support and maintenance.
Investigation Phase
Based on a consultation, we will create a list of possible products and their vendors and submit your requirements for proposals. Upon receiving proposals, TCG staff will analyze them with you and select products to shortlist for demonstrations. We will also set up references for existing users so that you may see how the systems have worked for other similar companies.
Recommendation and Selection Phase
After a quick succession of demonstrations and user visits, we will provide you with recommendations for the best solution for your company. We assure the proper selection of systems through:
